Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially when you’re already juggling classes, relationships, work, and big life questions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or weighed down by past experiences, you’re not alone. Many students come to therapy feeling burned out, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward, even when things “look fine” on the outside.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down and be yourself. Therapy with me is about helping you understand what’s been holding you back, process what you’ve been carrying, and build tools to feel more grounded, confident, and at peace. Together, we focus on healing—not just coping—so you can feel more present in your life and connected to who you are becoming.

I work with students dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. I also support students who are exploring identity, purpose, faith, or meaning during this season of growth and transition. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, and I move at a pace that feels safe for you.

Whether you’re looking for a place to talk things through, manage stress, or work through something deeper, I’d be honored to support you. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up.
