My ultimate goal is for each client to leave our sessions feeling more understood and empowered. I specialize in addressing a diverse range of issues, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I offer my services to college students and adults providing the flexibility of both in-person sessions and Telehealth options.
