The ways we relate to others often become patterns we carry from one relationship to the next. These patterns develop for a reason, which is why simply knowing we want to change them often isn't enough. An interpersonal process group gives you an opportunity to explore these patterns and try something different with the guidance of a therapist. As you interact with group members, your thoughts, feelings, and reactions become visible in real time, allowing you to slow down, explore what is happening, and practice new ways of connecting.
