I specialize in supporting clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and more. I also provide psychotherapy to individuals who are experiencing stress due to life adjustments (school or work transitions, grief & loss, etc). I am currently offering telehealth services only.

I balance validation and change so that clients are heard and understood, while also making progress toward their goals.
