I believe that a lot of problems in our lives come from discrepancies. It is my hope to assist you in exploring who you are, what you want, and living more genuinely so you can be your most authentic self.
I also have a history as a personal trainer, have a second masters in health and education, a degree in business, and teaching certifications in health and wellness. If you have issues surrounding your self concept, body image, sport, or athletic performance I would love to help.
