As a therapist, my passion lies in helping others navigate life’s challenges through restoration, healing and growth. I am dedicated to empowering individuals by equipping them with the skills, resources and knowledge needed to make meaningful changes. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to explore your needs, desires and goals. I provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported with empathy, trust, boundaries and compassion to foster a safety as you journey of self-discovery and healing.

I use a mix of discussions, activities, handouts, and practical strategies encouraging active participation, to support navigate life’s challenges that we face. Together, you will set collaborative goals to guide your progress and adjust the approach as needed to ensure the therapy is best suited to your learning style and evolving needs.

I find restoration in nature through walks with my dog, hiking, kayaking and traveling to new places. My intention is to help others find restoration as they need for their life journey. I seek to use the skills I have learned in my own life to grow as I am a lifelong learner.

With 26 years of experience working in the mental health field, using my undergraduate degree of recreational therapy and master's degree in counseling, I have served teens and adults. My specialty areas include trauma work with trauma informed care, using internal family systems, polyvagal theory, DBT Informed care and CBT. I work with individuals with trauma history, substance use challenges, some areas of neurodiversity, life transitions, anxiety, depression and grief work.
