My warm and compassionate approach creates a safe space where you will be able to tap into your own inherent wisdom and courage. I’ll assist you to find compassion for yourself and tune into your strengths. In our work together, you'll learn new insights and strategies which will help you navigate a variety of challenging life situations such as managing anxiety or depression; establishing yourself as a young adult; finding new meaning in your work; coping with a health crisis or the aging process; as well as improving relationships and finding more balance.

My willingness to stay curious, explore, and learn brings energy and hope to those I work with. Together we will find new approaches which will support you in ways that feel helpful.

I’ve been a psychotherapist for 25 years, with advanced training and experience in insight oriented therapy, DBT, CBT, CBT-I for insomnia/sleep disturbances. I offer short term therapy (6-8 CBT-I sessions) specifically for the treatment of insomnia. I'm also a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and offer walk and talk nature-based therapy.
