I provide individual, couple, and family therapy services. My primary focus is on working with women aged 18 - 55. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach and I utilize modalities from both. I also incorporate a number of spiritual practices like meditation, mindfulness, and visualization.
