Innate Insights Counseling and Coaching, LLC
The clients who tend to thrive in my practice aren't looking for a "blank slate" therapist. They are looking for a real person. While everyone I see is unique, they usually share a few things in common. Might practice might be a good fit for you if:
• You’re tired of the "stuck" feeling: You might feel like you’ve been overthinking everything or carrying a heavy weight of "shoulds," and you're ready to find a way forward that actually feels like you.
• You appreciate a laugh: You believe that therapy doesn't always have to be heavy. You value a space where we can celebrate a win or share a laugh, even while we tackle the tough stuff.
• You want to focus on what’s working: You’re likely used to focusing on your flaws. We work best together if you’re open to exploring your natural strengths—the things you’re already good at—and using those as tools for change.
• You value authenticity: You don't want a lecture; you want a partner in the process. You’re looking for someone who will be direct, kind, and genuinely curious about your story.
What to expect - In our sessions, we won’t just sit in the "darkness" of the problem. We use a strengths-based approach, which is a fancy way of saying we’re going to hunt for the resilience and skills you already have, even if you’ve forgotten they’re there. I bring a healthy dose of humor to our work because I believe healing happens best when we can be our authentic, sometimes messy, selves.
