I’m a holistic clinical social worker dedicated to helping people move from overwhelm and disconnection to a deeper sense of wholeness. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—grounded in both clinical expertise and holistic practices that address mind, body, and I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those seeking greater meaning and alignment. I offering an integrative approach to therapy, blending traditional medical models with holistic modalities. I incorporate CBT, Energy therapy, Mindfulness practices and self-compassion exercises, guided meditations and grounding skills, insight exploration, Intuitive and empathic tools for emotional insight, and self understanding with traditional "talk therapy" modalities. I provide evidence-based practices and skills, as well as holistic knowledge grounded in science.

Together we can address relationships, home sickness, anxiety, feeling more independent, manage stress, feel more confident with all the decisions and information out there.
