Greetings! I am honored to work with individuals or families seeking positive change. I take a wholeness approach to wellness: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. The work we do inside the therapy hour is integrated between sessions with intentional changes that accelerates progress toward wellness goals.
I find that working with college students is a time of deep reflection and forward growth in their life. This can also presents challenges such as conflicting thoughts and feelings, an increased need for external supports, or desire for a safe place to land while exploring what continues to work well and what no longer serves a healthy purpose. If this sounds like the thing you are looking for, please reach out for my most current availability!
