Life can be hard. Whether it is processing trauma or coping with stressful life situations, life can present us with many challenges. I am here to provide empathy, support, and guidance to find your inner strength and face all of life's challenges. I will collaborate with you to explore what you need to live your best life possible.
Since each person comes to therapy for different reasons, my person-centered approach allows me to create a unique individual plan for treatment. I offer traditional talk therapy, employing a variety of interventions. Some of the therapeutic models I follow include, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and psychodynamic theory.
I believe the relationship between the client and the therapist is most important to therapy. Therefore I strive to create a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable and safe. I am here for you, to meet you where you are at, and help you figure out what you need. I look forward to being part of your journey to your best life.
