Kristin Robert Psychotherapy
For over 17 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people in some of the most difficult, messy, and transformative chapters of their lives. I have sat with grief, trauma, heartbreak, addiction, reinvention, and the quiet pain people carry beneath the surface. My background in mental health, executive leadership, and private practice has given me both the clinical training and real-world experience to meet people in crisis, in transition, and everywhere in between.
With formal education in Human Development and Counseling Psychology, I understand people through both a clinical and deeply human lens. And beyond the education and professional experience, I understand what it means to be human. I know what it is to navigate loss, uncertainty, change, and the kind of pain that asks you to rebuild. My own life experiences have deepened my compassion, sharpened my insight, and strengthened my belief that healing is possible.
I know that what brings someone to therapy is often only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck are often old wounds, unconscious patterns, and survival strategies that once served a purpose but no longer do.
My approach is warm, honest, and direct. I create a space where you can bring the parts of yourself you have hidden, avoided, or struggled to understand without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is not about surface-level coping or simply getting through the week. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal what is unresolved, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Let’s navigate the space between who you have been, who you are, and who you are becoming, together. I am honored to walk alongside those willing to take the first step toward change.
