Hi, I’m Kristin, a therapist who works with women—especially mothers—who feel like they’re drowning under the weight of anxiety, shame, and the pressure to hold it all together.

If you’re exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone… if you feel overwhelmed by emotions you can’t name and moments you’re too scared to say out loud… you’re not alone. I’ve been there.

My approach is trauma-informed, deeply compassionate, and rooted in real-life experience. I specialize in supporting women navigating mood disorders, trauma, and the complexities of motherhood, including postpartum challenges. Together, we’ll create space for you to come home to yourself—one steady, grounded step at a time.
