I’m a licensed psychotherapist in the Hudson Valley offering individual therapy to adolescents and adults.

I have experience treating individuals with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, divorce, domestic abuse and domestic violence histories, grief, OCD, pregnancy (prenatal and postpartum), relationship issues, self esteem issues, sexual abuse, stress, gender identity (including non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals), trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

My areas of focus in therapy include endings in relationships, empowerment, and sex and sexuality.

I specialize in therapy with LGBTQIA+ and TGNC folx.
