Kristen Nauta
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you're a parent, new mom, educator, or simply going through a tough season. You might be facing anxiety, postpartum struggles, burnout, infertility, or challenges with your child’s school experience, like IEPs or behavioral concerns. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating stress, parenting, transitions, or the complexities of adoption. Therapy can be a space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just be willing to start.
You’ll find a safe, supportive space to feel validated and build skills like emotional regulation, coping, and communication. I use a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on CBT and my 27 years of experience supporting teens and families. I will meet with you right where you are at and help you grow and heal from there.
I really care about people and the stories they carry. Life can be messy, and therapy gives you space to talk it through, feel heard, and sort things out. We'll work together in a way that feels supportive and real—so you can better understand yourself, feel more like you, and start to move forward.
