My practice is heavily rooted in Mindfulness based interventions. I am warm, direct and encouraging. As a social worker, I have a wide lens perspective of societal injustices and cultural norms and understand how these structures harm on a daily basis. I am sex-positive, body-positive and gender affirming. I have extensive experience with family conflict, complex emotional trauma, self doubt, intrusive thoughts, social anxiety, emotion regulation, substance abuse, guilt and shame.
