Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

Having had extensive experience on college campuses, I am skilled in working with the personal, educational, and career concerns of college students. I help students manage life transitions including adjustment to college or graduate school, needing to change majors, anticipating graduation and entering the world of work. I also help recent graduates and young adults who are stuck or struggling.

I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, stress management, eating disorders, insomnia. And I work with many clients who need help managing relationship issues (individually, not couples work) and who want to improve communication, setting boundaries, and practicing self-care in relationships. One specialty that sets me apart from many other therapists is my career counseling work. Career counseling helps people achieve a satisfying and rewarding career that fits their interests and talents.

My therapeutic approach includes support as well as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness. My clients often say that they appreciate my helping them identify and stay focused on working toward treatment goals. I am collaborative, my clients and I work together to help them feel better and progress.
