Konowitz Psychological Services, PLLC
Hi! I am licensed psychologist specializing in college students and young adults. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), emotion regulation, perfectionism, and life transitions. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their goals, helping them develop the skills and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and active. Together with my clients, I explore the patterns that contribute to distress while building practical, evidence-based strategies that foster greater psychological flexibility and drive values-based actions.
