Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, Master CASAC, ASC, NCC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master-level CASAC, Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). With over 10 years of experience working in higher education and 7 years teaching counseling courses, I understand the unique challenges students face and use that insight to enhance my work as a therapist.

I provide a supportive and authentic space to address anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach is person-centered and integrates tools from Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques—always tailored to your needs.

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry them alone. In therapy with me, you’ll find compassion, clarity, and guidance to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your strengths.
