I have worked with the AAPI, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, low-income, underserved, domestic violence, and substance/alcohol use populations. I'm described as resilient, hard-working, calm, flexible, and kind. I have worked to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD/ADD, functional neurological disorder, type 2 diabetes, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, intellectual disability, bipolar, schizoaffective, and chronic pain. I ensure that clients feel heard, seen, validated, and process any moments when they feel comfortable.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, all grounded in a holistic, biopsychosocial framework. I help clients practice skills during sessions and equip individuals with coping tools they can use in their daily lives.
Life can feel stressful, and you don't have to face vulnerability alone. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck and confused, I'm here to listen, support, and walk with you in every moment. Reaching out for help takes courage and strength. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
