Greetings! I graduated with a ElEd teaching degree in 2000 and have tried several careers throughout the years including stay-at-home mom. Upon a huge and stressful life transition in my 30s, I went back to school at BGSU and got my Master's in Clinical Counseling. I did my internship at UT counseling students, and went on to work at trauma-based private practice after graduation until I felt ready to open my own private practice. I largely focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma-based issues. I utilize several modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), brainspotting, and KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy). I know the feeling of being lost and alone in life. I also know no one can tell you what to do, but a nonjudgmental environment that offers support and guidance is key in finding your own way. I want my clients to feel seen and heard. I look forward to working with you!
