Kimina Counseling is a small, group mental health practice based in Central Massachusetts providing individual, family and couples therapy for all ages. We specialize in treating an array of mental health-related issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues (including pregnancy related mental health issues, adjustment to parenting, parent-child relation issues, and post-partum related symptoms), substance abuse disorders, phobias, hoarding, OCD, relationship complexities, and personalilty disorders, among other issues. We believe that healing begins within the context of a supportive and secure relationship and hope to provide that to you in therapy. We strive to be culturally competent and inclusive.
