I believe that everyone has a right to lead a happy, healthy and well functioning life. I also believe that each of my clients are able to accomplish this. Reaching out for help can be scary and overwhelming but if you’re thinking about counseling, you’re already taking the biggest step! I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mental health, and any kind of life transition or adjustment. I consider myself to be body positive and LGBTQ+ allied. In our work together, you can count on feeling like you’re in a safe and validating space where you can be authentically yourself.
