kimberly masterson
Hello, and welcome! I’m Kimberly Masterson, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) dedicated to supporting college students through life’s challenges. College can be an exciting yet stressful time, and it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by the demands of school, social life, and future plans. If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or ADHD, you’re not alone, and it’s okay to seek help.
In our work together, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. Whether you're feeling anxious about exams, coping with the weight of past experiences, or managing difficulties with focus and organization, I’ll help you develop practical tools to feel more in control and connected to your goals.
You don’t have to face these challenges by yourself. My approach is understanding and tailored to meet you where you are, so we can work at your pace to help you feel better and move forward in your life. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling like yourself again, I’d be honored to support you in your journey.
