Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW-C
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I believe everyone is capable of making positive changes and overcoming obstacles. I help people figure out what they need and where to begin to overcome the issues they face. Through various traditional and creative approaches to treatment, I collaborate with youth and adults to maximize their strengths and build skills to resolve and move beyond challenges. Because I also know how hard it is to share one’s thoughts and feelings with someone new, I strive to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where people can be open and feel heard. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, family conflict, stress, and other issues.
