Starting therapy is a brave step, and it’s one I deeply honor. Whether you're navigating a life transition, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a warm and collaborative space to explore what’s beneath the surface—with curiosity, care, and a sense of purpose. I specialize in working with couples who are feeling disconnected, frustrated, or trapped in recurring patterns. I also enjoy working with individuals and teens navigating life’s inevitable changes—whether that’s a shift in identity, career, loss, or relational challenges.
My therapeutic style is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll explore how early life experiences may still be shaping your present relationships and patterns. I hold a B.A in Psychology with a minor in Family Relations, which fueled my passion in understanding human development, relational dynamics and systems that influence who we become.
Originally from the Bay Area, I made Reno my home a few years ago. When not in session, you can find me with my American Bully enjoying nature, exploring new food, or collecting vinyl records as I love music. If you’re ready to start exploring what’s holding you back and how to move forward with clarity and connection, I would be honored to work with you.
