I have been worked with children, teens and families in crisis for 17 years in the scope of social work, this gives me a unique approach to therapy. I look forward to helping you and your family make a connection that could change your life.
My treatment style is an integrative, strength-based approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy and behavioral approaches. I use these therapy techniques to help you overcome a variety of issues that keep you from being the best version of yourself. I believe in you and your ability to heal.
