My background and expertise includes working with individuals who are experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Depression, and Trauma. I utilize an integrative approach with evidence-based therapy modalities based on individual needs and strengths. A few of the treatment modalities I may draw upon are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma informed approaches such as TF-CBT. I believe each person is unique, deserving of a safe, welcoming space to share their experiences and process their feelings.
