Kim Schwartz
I help autistic, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ adults stop running on empty. If you’re burned out, overwhelmed, or exhausted from masking and perfectionism, you’re not broken — your nervous system is just trying to keep up with a world that wasn’t built for you. Many of my clients are exhausted in ways rest doesn’t fix — high-functioning on the outside, depleted on the inside, and unsure how to rebuild sustainably. Clients often say: I’m functioning, but it costs me everything. I don’t know how to rest without feeling like I’m failing. I’m tired of being ‘high-functioning.’ I know there’s nothing wrong with being queer, but I still feel ashamed.

I blend somatic tools, parts work (IFS-informed), and ACT to support regulation, rebuild capacity, and reconnect with what matters most. My work is neurodivergent-affirming, queer-affirming, trauma-informed, and paced for real-life recovery — not productivity hacks. I aim to support you on your journey toward inner peace and self acceptance.
Whether you’re struggling with autistic or ADHD burnout, chronic overwhelm, masking, perfectionism, or queer/LGBTQ+ shame, this is a place to pause, exhale, and start rebuilding on your terms. You don’t need to be “ready” or have the words yet — just curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to start where you are.
