You might be here if you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and the life and relationships you desire- stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and burnt out by all the things you have on your plate and all the demands on you. I am so glad that you found your way here.

I specialize in working with trauma (including all experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us) and experiences including anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I am trained in EMDR and practice this along with somatic and mindfulness based treatments. I bring a client centered, relational approach to counseling, recognizing the importance of safe, trusting relationships in promoting growth and healing.
