Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

4/21/25- Currently accepting new clients in-person/telehealth with Tuesday through Friday openings. Are you seeking therapy and you don’t know where to start? Let me help you. Have you ever said any of these things to yourself? “No one will get it”…”They will think I’m nuts“…”I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to really open up.” If you answered yes to any of these statements, then my practice may be the place you have been looking for.

As a therapist, I combine a direct approach with compassion to help clients overcome their challenges.

I primarily work from a relational, psychodynamic, and humanistic lens, valuing deep connection and emotional insight. I also integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, existential perspectives, and other approaches, depending on what resonates most and feels most helpful for each person I support.

In addition to my extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in community settings, I have significant experience working with men in state correctional facilities, helping them address challenges such as sexual offenses, violent crimes, domestic violence, and substance use.

I am open and affirming of individuals of every background, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and ability status.
