I like to utilize CBT, Strengths Perspective, Mindfulness and coping skills in my work with teens and adults.
I feel people want to find their happiness and realize their purpose. Each person has their own thoughts to create this change. Looking at people’s past, providing insight and working with individual goals is important. Trust, humor, compassion and respect goes a long way while looking toward growth and understanding.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
