I work with adults and older adolescents experiencing difficulty in navigating life's many challenges and uncertainties. Since 2018, I have provided clinical services in a variety of treatment settings throughout Metro Detroit. Having worked with a diverse population, I recognize each client as a unique individual and tailor therapeutic experiences to fit your needs. I provide therapy primarily from a psychodynamic orientation, integrating skills-based approaches as needed. Within a supportive, empathic environment, my style of therapy explores past experiences that often shape our current functioning. Through a deeper understanding of ourselves and our patterns, therapy can facilitate change. My goal is to promote curiosity, insight, and autonomy, allowing for healthier ways of coping and healing.
My areas of specialization include: depression, anxiety, attachment issues, adjustment concerns, identity development, trauma, relational concerns, grief and loss, personality disorders, and psychological assessment. Research areas include psychodynamic diagnostics, attachment, and personality pathology.
