Are you tired of therapy experiences that don't acknowledge what navigating the world in your skin is like? Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, annoyed, unhappy, or worried? Are you tired of being in unhealthy relationships? Did you grow up in an environment that felt unsafe? Are you looking for a therapist to see your child because they are struggling in school? There's HOPE! What if there was a better way? How would feel to be the first in your family to disrupt generations of trauma? It's possible!

From my experience as a D1 collegiate athlete, mother, educator, and now therapist, I offer a safe space for individuals dealing with stressful, unexpected life events, school-related issues, or sports performance issues. Here your story matters, your pain is seen, and your healing is honored.

Starting therapy can feel scary, especially if it hasn't been successful in the past or if you are the first person in your family to take big steps toward healing. Healing is a journey. I would love to support and walk alongside you! Please schedule a free 15-minute consult with me to see if we are a good fit to work together.
