Kiana Hall

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

I work best with clients who want therapy to feel both meaningful and human. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, sex and sexuality, and life transitions. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and flexible. I pull from multiple different therapy modalities depending on what fits you best. We’ll pay attention to what’s happening in your body, your relationships, and your inner world. I show up with warmth, honesty, and curiosity.

I believe that healing happens when people feel safe to be all of themselves: messy, soft, over the top, and everything in between. As a queer therapist, I know how powerful it is to sit across from someone who just gets it. I’m passionate about body liberation, LGBTQ+ rights, and mental health care that doesn’t pathologize people for having feelings. I believe in justice, in community care, and in showing up authentically with the people I serve. I’ve walked through my own healing journey, and that makes me deeply committed to walking beside others in theirs.
