Life is quite the journey and I’m here to offer authentic clinically driven psychotherapy to overcome life’s challenges and everyday stressors. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with adolescents and adults addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, communication, and self-esteem.

I use empathy, warmth, and compassion in my work with clients. I will help you to identify and address barriers of achieving comfort and balance in your life. I have 7 years of experience in an outpatient setting with training in a variety of evidenced-based models and therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients.
