Navigating college life can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, depression, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. Many of the students I work with are high-achieving, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware—yet still find themselves feeling lost, anxious, or unsure of how to cope.

My name is Kensley May, and I specialize in working with students who are juggling academic stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be seen, heard, and guided—not judged.

Together, we’ll work to make sense of what you’re feeling, clarify what matters to you, and build coping tools that align with your values. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, and I believe healing happens best when you’re treated as the expert on your own life.
