Welcome! I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a Master of Social Work from UNC Pembroke and have been practicing as a therapist since 2015. My journey in the mental health field began in 2007, giving me nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating anxiety, trauma, and the many ways these experiences can impact everyday life. I believe therapy is a collaborative and supportive process, and I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
