Hello, I'm Kenna. I believe counseling is a holistic and collaborative effort between the therapist and the individual, couple, or family seeking services. My approach is rooted in respect and guidance, ensuring that each person feels valued on their unique journey. I have experience helping with a variety of mental health and emotional issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and self-esteem issues. I look forward to being a helpful guide to you as we navigate this path together.
Taking the first step towards change is often the hardest, but you are here doing the hard work! It is my hope that I can be your biggest advocate and cheerleader, helping you see your full potential for a great future with the guidance and support you need to get there.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio (E.2102685). I received my Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources Management from Wright State University in 2014, and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University in 2019.
I specialize in working with a wide range of issues including antisocial behavior, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services for those who prefer remote sessions.
I am here to support you, and I look forward to the opportunity to work together. Let's take this journey towards healing and growth, one step at a time.
