In a world that is constantly changing, it can be difficult to keep a pace that feels comfortable and productive. If you have reached a point where old coping skills no longer work, or you are looking to find healthier ways to cope with life challenges, I'm here to help. In therapy we will work together to develop awareness of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect one another, build skills to handle difficult emotions and make behavior change, and practice these skills in a variety of situations so you may be able to support yourself moving forward.

True growth and healing happen in the most uncomfortable spaces at times. However, you do not have to wait until you are in the eye of a storm to seek counseling services. Embarking on the therapeutic journey is an important life decision and finding a therapist whose expertise fits your needs is just as vital. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work to assist clients with achieving goals by cultivating self-awareness, identifying personal strengths, and gaining new perspectives.

Kendra is a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Atlanta GA.
