Kendra can guide you into ridding yourself of actions that make it difficult to move forward such as people pleasing, insecurity, unmanageable anger, or using drugs and alcohol to cope. Kendra applies methods to help folks elicit awareness to their thought processes, emotions, and actions. Kendra strives to help people reach a state of persistent calmness and increase their capacities to handle difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations. Kendra also enjoys working with college age young adults. Therapy looks different for everyone, Kendra’s approach is designed is for folks who want to untangle their thoughts and uncover the “why” behind their struggles with wellness and unhelpful behaviors.
