Ken Ford
College can feel overwhelming, like a whirlwind of pressure, uncertainty, and loneliness. Between the constant juggling of assignments, social expectations, and worry about the future, it’s easy to feel like you’re constantly on edge. Even small decisions feel like they’re too much to handle. Relationships can become confusing and draining, leaving you questioning your worth or feeling misunderstood. It’s exhausting, and sometimes it feels like no one truly understands the depth of what you're going through. But you're not alone, and there is a way through this.
I’m here to help you find your way back to a place of calm and confidence. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, whether it’s the thoughts that keeps you up at night, the uncertainty about who you are or where you’re headed, or the people in your life that leave you feeling drained or disconnected. We’ll work to uncover the deeper feelings and thoughts that drive these struggles, so you can learn to manage them, feel more at ease, and make choices that reflect your true self.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions. Clients who work with me appreciate my calm, down-to-earth approach. Feel free to reach out for a quick consultation phone call too.
