Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience across a variety of settings, from psychiatric hospitals to community clinics. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges, I’m here to help you take back control of your life.

I know seeking help can feel intimidating, but I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you’ll feel heard without judgment. My approach is all about collaboration—working together to build a treatment plan that makes sense for you. Whether you’re struggling with persistent sadness, racing thoughts, or anxiety that gets in the way of your daily life, I believe that with the right care, things can improve.

Depression and anxiety are two areas where I have a lot of experience. Depression can make even small tasks feel impossible, while anxiety can leave you feeling trapped in worry or panic. Together, we’ll focus on both the emotional and physical sides of your mental health, using approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize negative patterns and build healthier ways to cope.

Having worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, I understand that mental health is deeply personal. I take the time to listen to your unique story, offering treatment that goes beyond just managing symptoms. We’ll look at the whole picture—your emotional, physical, and social well-being—to create a plan that truly fits your life.

At the end of the day, I want you to feel empowered. Mental health treatment isn’t just about “fixing” problems—it’s about building resilience, understanding yourself better, and feeling confident in handling life’s challenges. Each session is a step forward in your journey, and I’m here to walk that path with you.

If you’re ready to start feeling better, let’s work together.
