Welcome! You’re on the right track if you’re reading this right now. Seeking help is hard, especially while dealing with the transition to college life. I have found that my interest is in college age individuals after years of working with young kids to young adults.

College life is tough and it might be the first time you’re truly on your own. I was once in your shoes but also have a lot of clients that have been too. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or just stress of everything college brings (academics, lack of sleep, social relationships, etc). I’m here for you. My main job is to listen to you but also to challenge you and your thoughts. I really value working as a team with my clients, we work together to reach your goals, both small and big.
If you feel you want to learn more about me or have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out. Every individual is unique and it’s important to find what works for you.
