Welcome! I know that things are rough right now, and holding the fear, anger, complexity, resistance, boundaries, connection and healing at once feels like an overwhelming and impossible task; especially since people also need to go to work, get schoolwork done, and try to socialize at the same time! I believe therapy that affirms and supports folks can be a vital tool to help navigate changes, bolster personal growth and self-worth, recognize patterns, and feel less alone in the chaotic world we are living in.
