Kelsey Muttiah, Anchors Aweigh Counseling PLLC
Hey, my name is Kelsey! I am a biracial therapist with a warm, humorous, and affirming style. My practice focuses on supporting people living with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or grief who choose to not worry alone. My approach is driven by various treatment modalities tailored to best fit your needs. I completed advanced post-graduate training in cognitive behavioral interventions and trauma treatment. I've worked in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient neurology clinics, and child welfare agencies.
Together we will learn ways to navigate/regulate stress, reframe experiences, and build a more compassionate relationship with difficult emotions. Special interest in multiracial identity development and navigating interpersonal relationships.
Too often we don't give ourselves the same grace we give others. I warmly invite you to connect with me!
