Kelsey Jadin
You can feel something is off—but putting it into words feels impossible. When you don’t have the language to express what’s happening internally, it can impact relationships with family, friends, school, or work—leading to disconnection, loneliness, and feeling stuck. Therapy is a place to make sense of those experiences. I enjoy working with college students who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, adjustment to adult life, perfectionism, relationships/friendships, fitting in, boundaries, communication, and symptoms of trauma.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) based on each client’s needs and goals. I use compassion, empathy, humor, and a direct communication style to assist you in creating lasting and meaningful change.
I believe healing happens in the context of relationships which is why I prioritize building trusting, genuine connections with my clients!
