My approach is highly personalized and relational. Your engagement is key. I work collaboratively with you to explore your experience with curiosity and build on your existing strengths to navigate challenges. While individual goals vary, I aim to leave each client with increased understanding, curiosity, and compassion for their whole self.

While I have dedicated much of my clinical experience to working with ADHD and LGBTQIA+ clients, my clinical experience extends to working with anxiety, identity development, self-esteem, and body image.
