Hi there. I have been working as a therapist for about 9 years and I also work at AANE, a nonprofit that supports neurodivergent folks. I specialize in working with Autistic young adults, and I am particularly interested in helping all people navigate relationship issues, anxiety and struggles around self-acceptance, shame and perfectionism. I'm trained in DBT and that approach shapes my work with my clients and also my own life :)
